On the 20th July 2018, Melanie and her husband Dom launched a podcast we now know as Engineering Heroes.
Originally titled “Beer with an engineer”, the podcast was created because Dom was getting so frustrated that no one was talking about the important issues that was being experienced by the engineering industry.
In May 2020 the podcast “Engineering Heroes” was transferred Engineers Australia. The final episode Mel & Dom created for the podcast was in May 2021.
